Trenchless Sewer Replacement
Unique Rooter & Plumbing offers trenchless pipe replacement that can repair your clogged, broken, or punctured sewer lines. We can do this without having to dig out a trench in the front or back of the house and ruin all of your landscaping. There are two methods in trenchless sewer replacement, one is pipe bursting and the other is pipe relining. At first the pipe is thoroughly cleaned like the image below and then one of the above methods.
Drain Cleaning
Unique Rooter & Plumbing uses drain cleaning cable machines for normal stoppages. We also have hydro jetters for those problems where cable just won’t get the job done. High pressure water removes all the debris that builds up along the drain pipe walls. We can improve the condition of your drainage system. Pipe Bursting
Pipe Bursting allows our plumbing professionals to dig two small points of access at the beginning and end of your sewer pipe system, instead of digging up your entire yard. The old pipe is blown apart as the new pipe is pulled through it. This way we effectively destroy the damaged line and replace it with a high density polyethylene pipe that is stronger and has a service life of up to 50 years.
Pipe Lining
What is relining? It is a felt impregnated fiberglass line that is placed inside the faulty pipe to seal off any damaged area. This creates a structural repair that lasts for up to 50 years. Relining allows full line replacement or repair 3” to 8” lines. Access is usually made through one entry point and new lining can be run all the way to the city connection, even under a street or driveway.
Hydro Jetting
The drain pipes in your house suffer from abuse on a regular basis: years of grease, hair, soap scum, and the occasional earrings or small toys. Because of this constant abuse you can expect that your plumbing pipes won’t drain like they did when they were new.
